P&L responsibility for all direct to consumer sales, service and fulfillment operations (24/7/365) for the nation’s leading specialty retailer in the home furnishings marketplace.- Designed, developed and implemented eServices function from inception to over $750 million in revenue in seven years.- Implemented “Best-In-Class” customer contact platforms including IVR, Text to Speech applications, LiveChat, on-line Knowledgebase and automated email response functionality to ensure timely and accurate response to customer inquires.- Supported over 800 retail store locations for product fulfillment and customer service.

P&L responsibility for the Sales & Service division of this $400mm publicly held Direct Mail, Internet and Direct Response organization.- Accountable for all customer response, capacity planning, staffing, training and marketing implementation for multiple call center sites, operating 24/7/365 supporting 30+ brands.- Increased operating efficiencies in excess of 110% in 60 days.- Managed cross-functional teams responsible for due diligence, acquisition and integration. Responsible for the Customer Accounts area of leading edge $100mm Direct Mail Company, from early stage through successful sale to Deluxe Corporation (DLX). - Designed and developed various sales programs (Volume Sales, Reseller, Pro Active, Preferred Customer, International, Government Bid and RFQ) and opportunities (Outbound phone & fax, E-Commerce, Bounceback, Telephony logic, Co-op advertising).- Organized product merchandising, pricing and distribution arrangements for PaperDirect products throughout various Deluxe Corporation subsidiaries.
