Served as Core Night Shift Supervisor, which entailed supervision of over 20 employees as well as directing the daily operation of the facility. I supervised the setup and day-to-day operation of a 6 million-dollar prototype core lamination facility. Involved in troubleshooting and debugging both the Electronics and the Mechanical aspects of the system. Other responsibilities included hiring and training new personnel, as well as serving the administrative and human resource needs of the employees. Involved with the shut down of the facility and transfer of equipment when the decision was made to move the facility.
