Managed a successful IT team within Scene One. This entailed building long term relationships with a number of select clients to assist them in meeting their recruitment needs. This resulted in building strong IT functions for various clients from small niche IT start ups to global system integrators. My focus was on identifying the needs of clients and candidates alike and presenting relevant opportunities to assist them in achieving their goals.
