Developed a three-tier client-server platform for group health insurance rating and underwriting software, which had been previously implemented as a standalone software package installed on client PC's. Created and managed relational database, and modular architecture for the data tier, business logic, and user interface components. This platform was adopted by large national insurance providers for the management of rating and underwriting processes. Wakely Software was purchased by Selectica, Inc. in 1999.

This position required the ability to transform manufacturing process requirements into drawings, specifications, wiring, assembly, hardware and software based on the requirements of both the process and operator interface.
