I have an excellent understanding of IT and the Telco, Media and Entertainment space, which includes broadcast environments; this has been developed whilst providing Consultancy and Project Management to large organisations throughout my career. My prime focus is on Digital Broadcasting - DTH, HFC, DTT, Triple Play, IPTV, OTT and Content distribution; and its associated Project Management within a Prince 2 environment. I am conversant with the technical, strategic and commercial drivers of these emerging technologies. I’m commercially astute, having experience of identifying revenue generating opportunities and building business cases to leverage significant revenues from Digital Content. Having a rounded skill-set enables him to be extremely effective at building empathetic ongoing relationships with client's stakeholders by assuming the role of ‘Trusted Advisor', while being an effective interface with technical teams. My background extends beyond TME into general IT. I’m adaptable, so will flourish in most situations.
