Hired as a Landscape consultant to head the communications for several International Urban projects. Collaborated with Foster + Partners Architectural firm in London along with Developers in both India and China. Played an integral role on the design team in all phases of development. Including composition of concept and ideas, schematic design, presentation booklets, site analysis and regional context, historical and cultural research, code research, initial cost estimates and product specifications, coordination with client, architect and other consultants, project administration, work schedules and delegation of tasks. Attended global meetings and video conferences to collaborate with all consultants in the development of projects.

Started my own Landscape practice focusing on Residential and Resort design and project orchestration. Established relationships with various Architecture, Interior design and consulting firms both locally and internationally. Marketed and advertised my studios services to prospective clientele at a competitive price. Standardized and established company process and procedures.

Qualified, consulted & managed residential clients commencing with conceptual plans throughout the landscape installation. Attained $1.5 million in revenue annually of self-generated built projects. Orchestrated the field team in achieving my vision of bringing the lush landscape to life. Abided by city & HOA rules & regulations; obtained necessary permits & engineering documents to complete working documents. Combined digital drafting & hand graphics to develop landscape plans.

Worked to beautify and enhance residential & commercial landscapes in a professional and creative setting while designing within budget. Managed and administered daily projects to individuals within the design team, while building and developing relationships and protocols with numerous Architects, Engineers and contracting firms. Designed, detailed & rendered each element specifically created within each individual project. Standardized company server to provide up-to-date drawing niceties.

Digitally customized residential landscapes to complement client’s lifestyles & personas. Created a virtual experience using a live meeting center to present innovative solutions for each site. Mentored several new designers in company procedures and design processes.

Worked as an entry-level designer on residential landscapes in planning, designing, and implementing a wide variety of projects. Composed digital images using landscape programs, bid projects, & created a unique hand drawn plan for each client.
