Junction Home Services provides care and maintenance to homes on the Delaware coast. We also offer a number of specialty services including source of leak discovery, wood decay and termite damage repair, structural consultation and house lifting project management.

During this time I supported myself as a carpenter while helping to co-found an independent theatre company named KITUS (Knight's of Indulgence Theatre United States).

I worked at Equity Building Supply in Selbyville, DE performing similar duties to Hines Lumber. The knowledge I had gained in Chicago played a part in my becoming assistant foreman at this yard.

This was my first job associated with the building industry. It was a great place to start because the unionized work environment was very no-nonsense. We were expected to learn about the materials we sold and we did.
