Overall coordination of the organization including planning an executing project activities, designing and implementing campaigns, managing networks.

Looking after the day to day operations and management of the organization. writing grant proposals, financial managements, human resources.Coordination with the program development unit in developing projects (Urban Spaces: Energy and Climate Change); implementing and monitoring projects to ensure the compliance with the action plan, targets and deadlines; communicating and reporting to donors, handling social media, networking and partnership building with national and international partners among others.

Overseeing the overall activities of the organization including planning and execution of the project (Empowerment of communities through democratic natural resource management funded by CISU through Danish Forestry Extension; Improving the livelihood of communities through agro-forestry funded by FAO through Forest and Farm Facility) and project partners; communication with donors and national partners/members, reporting, data-base management (including maintaining and updating members’ database on Access).

Responsibility: overall field activities including conducting awareness programme, handling different national and international volunteers, facilitating the ec-clubs.

to manage and coordinate the day to day activitiesincluding international membership and weekly publication of Headlines Himalaya that covers weekly happening and biodiversity conservation in Nepal, India, China, Bhutan, and Pakistan with over 2000 free subscriptions, organizing mentorship programs, conduct trainings to upgrade research skills of under-graduate and graduate students and awareness programs, organizing Chandra Gurung Forum on last friday of every friday.as an editor covered weekly happenings and biodiversity conservation in Nepal, India, China, Bhutan, and Pakistan through different available sources.

Responsibility: to monitor the functioning of MUS (multiple use water systems); prepare report on the impact of MUS installation at different sites.
