At the age of three, I renamed myself during school admissions. Telling my mum that the name she had chosen wasn’t ‘me enough’. She was impressed, or maybe not. Regardless, that was the start of my career in the business of strategy, branding and communications.Today, I am building a next-gen consulting practice at Dark Street Creative. We bring strong street cred in organizational design, envisioning and go-to-market messaging to help businesses start, re-start and scale in the evolving creative economy. I also work with business leaders as counsel and coach to help solve organizational problems and identify next big opportunities for growth. And write about scalable patterns across life and business, especially on leadership, culture, story and transformation. In the last 18 years, I have worked in Enterprise Tech, Consumer Internet, BFSI and Software Services, helping brands and CXOs with powerful strategies and stories that change perceptions, build culture and transform business. In my last MNC role, I led Strategic Comms for Oracle in EMEA and prior to that, led Sales Transformation for SaaS for Oracle EMEA and JAPAC. I have been featured in Top 20 Indians in International Comms in 2020, ranked in the PRWeek Global Power List in 2015 and 2016.Having worked in India, the US, Europe and Singapore managing international roles, I have deep knowledge of diverse markets.
