System was responsible for the pricing requests of over 3,000 Dell sales reps, generating over 10,000 pricing requests per day and 1 million price quotes per month.Designed and implemented first online procurement for high-end business Internet services in the industry, allowing customers to purchase T-1 or similar services over the web with no sales rep interaction.
