Designed and managed development of next generation pricing and procurement platform using .NET technologies. This system entailed designing flexibility for on the fly pricing changes and custom ordering processes for Fortune 50 business partners such as Dell, HP, IBM, and CDW.Specified, selected, and implemented new CRM platform (Salesforce.com) for 40-person sales and operations team. Guest speaker at Salesforce.com user conference on successful integration.Designed and developed XML interface for usage by partners to obtain pricing, order telecom services, and process trouble tickets electronically. System was responsible for the pricing requests of over 3,000 Dell sales reps, generating over 10,000 pricing requests per day and 1 million price quotes per month.Designed and implemented first online procurement for high-end business Internet services in the industry, allowing customers to purchase T-1 or similar services over the web with no sales rep interaction.

Held a number of positions, including, chronilogically from oldest to newest:Help Desk Manager - Managed a team of 17-20 help desk and dispatch personnel in regional help desk facility.Manager, Information Systems - Managed two Carolina locations IT infrastructure, including over 200 desktops and 2 server farms, as well as all telecom. Software Developer - Managed development of a custom reporting engine written for in-house developed grocery POS application. Ported the application from ASP to ASP.NET as early adopter of .NET technologies.

Coordinated the development and testing for a Windows-based wide-area networking software program designed for the polling of remote retail locations. Worked directly with programmers in product design, beta testing, and custom programming specifications.Provided phone support on retail inventory application for approximately 300 sites.
