• Provide technical support in installation, configuration and maintenance of company’s products and related systems, which include services of wholesale VoIP termination, SIP trunking, hosted IP PBX/IP Centrex, Internet access etc.;• full stack troubleshooting of complex, cross-component VoIP, network and system level issues;• write technical documents such as white papers and knowledge base articles;• engage with engineering/R&D team as the customer representative to provide defect resolutions;• work closely with engineers from other departments to ensure knowledge sharing of customer’s networks and issues;• proactive monitoring of customers’ product installations and provide interactive support in case of any issues;• working on the call rotation basis along with other engineers.

• Conducting assigned undergraduate and graduate courses and seminars;• academic advising to students;• engaging in scholarly activities, and creative endeavors which contribute to the academic mission of the University;• participating in curriculum development activities;• supervising laboratories, independent study activities, and off-campus learning such as practicums and internships.

• Development of computer simulation techniques of charged particles motion in inhomogeneous magnetic field;• research of electron beam microstructure with transition radiation on the metal surfaces;• research of quadrupole probe forming system with individual power supplies of lenses and their parameter optimization;• schemes design of new modifications of instrumentation electronic components for sub-millimeter and millimeter-wave region.

• Assistance in performing electron beams experiments;• keeping the lab hardware functional and solving any problems with software that arise.
