The scope of tasks is broad as it involved product definition, production of custom hardware, firmware as well as development, deployment and support of complex software stack - both client facing as well as internal. I contributed to in varying capacity depending on team size and ongoing priorities at the moment. All of these activities led to hundreds of thousands of devices and more production licenses sold to partner companies. Most notable areas in which I added value were:• Development in each step of full stack process, from idea, business-tech analysis, to ready hardware and software products• Embedded, backend development, databases, creation of batch production tools, with later support• Hands on engineering work along with managing teams of engineers. Responding to business needs on very short notice* Software: Bash, C, C++, Golang, Javascript, Node.js, OpenWRT, Python* Hardware: Electronics prototyping, production and testing supervision

I was one of 4 co-founding members and each of us took care of various, often overlapping functions. Because of my technical education I usually contributed to solving complex technical challenges with installations, both on design, deployment and deployment steps. Very often worked under heavy time pressure since things liked to fail minutes before the presentation, eg. literally flooded laptops with paint hour before exhibition opening.
