As Track Mgr, I am responsible for the national management and follow-up of all hardware & warehouses within bpost Belgium - Mail & Parcels Operations. Defining the vision and strategy, implementing projects & processes with the aim of increasing the efficiency with which resources are used, deployed and managed. As Lean, Process & Project Manager, I am the right-hand of the Distribution Manager and responsible for the improvement and development of processes and the identification of opportunities:• identify areas for process improvement, establish action plans to improve operational performance (KPIs) and achieve objectives.• continuously improve methods and processes on the basis of defined priorities (customer service, productivity, quality, etc.).• initiate, stimulate and follow up corrective action plans based on results and audits.• manage and coordinate the resources• in charge of the reporting, planning and budget follow-up• support and contribute to local, regional and national (transformation) projects within the process area.• manage and support change within the distribution processes

Als Operation Excellence support officer rapporteer en ondersteun ik de Operations Director Distribution bij het bepalen van de initiatieven om de efficiëntie, de kwaliteit, de veiligheid, het welzijn en de dienstverlening continu te verbeteren, met inbegrip van de activiteiten rond de (veranderings)projecten die passen binnen de strategie van bpost. Coördineren, plannen en bepalen van de inhoud van de 6 Nederlandstalige postscholen. Dit alliëren met de postscholen in Wallonië. Het certificaat 'Lean Six Sigma Black Belt' garandeert een kennisniveau dat me in staat stelt om zelf doorheen een organisatie Lean te implementeren en te leiden en de teamleden te motiveren en te begeleiden. Comme Operation Excellence support officer je rapporte au Operations Director Distribution et le supporte dans la définition des initiatives à mettre en œuvre pour une amélioration continue de l’efficacité, la qualité, la sécurité, le bien-être et le service au client, en ce compris les activités liées aux projets (de changement) qui correspondent à la stratégie de bpost Coordonner, planifier et déterminer le contenu des 5 écoles postales flamandes.Allier avec les écoles de poste en Wallonie.Le certificat «Lean Six Sigma Black Belt» garantit un niveau de connaissances qui me permet de mettre en œuvre et de guider Lean dans une organisation, ainsi que de motiver et de guider les membres de une équipe.

Organiseren van Kaizens, opstellen, uitwerken en opvolgen van actieplannen, proces verbeteringen, uitwerken van standaarden.

Dagelijkse leiding van een postkantoor, leiding geven aan een team van 40 postbodes. Verantwoordelijke van de verdeling van kranten, pakjes, briefwisseling voor bedrijven, vrije beroepen, zelfstandige met een early delivery. Beheer van een wagenpark, 35 voertuigen.
