In this year as board member of the rowing association D.S.R.V. "Laga", I was responsible for the development of the new building Laga wants to build and had contact with the University, municipality, contractors and a variety of other stakeholders. Besides this I started a rowing talent scouting program.

I coached a group of 12 freshmen during their first year of rowing on a national level. Some of the highlights were the breaking of the record for lightweight freshmen on the national indoor championship and winning the last race of the season.
