Currently playing key role in management of the Portland Tribune website as well as the additional 26 community newspaper web properties. Daily monitoring and updates to websites, in addition to maintaining our proprietary print and web management program "Editorial Database", including employee training, trouble-shooting.In addition to web work I serve as primary digital web advertising sales consultant for the Portland Tribune and Community Newspaper sales team. Work closely with sales reps on digital media packages, ad placement & packages, social media promotions, website/domain agreements, and more.Finally, I manage and oversee the Portland Tribune Facebook & Twitter properties and consult with our outside offices on social media strategies.

Provided leadership and design skills as Production Manager for the Portland/Vancouver office. Worked with staff designers to provide advertisements, layouts, supporting materials, and additional items to sales people for offices in our district that included: Portland, Seattle, San Francisco, Sacramento and Salt Lake City.Tenure as Employment Guide Production Manager include the following highlights:• Worked directly with sales staff and clients to achieve desired design and layout of print advertisements and web products.• Hired, managed, and worked closely with a number of graphic designers and copy writer.• Implemented intern program with local colleges including PNCA and PCC.Worked on numerous satellite specialty publications including: Today’s Nurse, Project Graduation, WiserWorker, and others.• Worked closely with printing plant on quality control issues, as well as national web staff to insure quality and accuracy of our Districts web products.• Developed national promotional campaigns used in 59 Employment Guide cities and national web site.
