Bart Barry has been in the Card Services organization of JPMorgan Chase since 1994, holding a variety of roles. He has recently moved into Card Risk Management to lead the Portfolio Risk Management team. Portfolio Risk oversees the credit risk, policies and exposure of the existing portfolio, including all line, balance control and portfolio marketing risk. Prior to this move, Bart led Collections and Recovery Strategy in the Card Customer Support Division (CSD) for 5 years. The Strategy organization managed all delinquency and recovery strategies, including segmentation, model development, treatment design, testing, inventory management, contact management, and recovery. Before leading Strategy, Bart led CSD's Engineering and Technology business for over 10 years. Through that span, his team led the business design for most of the technology applications deployed within the division and all major CSD projects, including CSD's efforts to support bank mergers and major technology changes.
