-Developed project management plans for 109 capital projects for 12 multi-family buildings (2016).-Directed, managed and closed 92 of the 109 capital projects within ten months (2016). -Managed two separate contracted property management company teams over a two year period on over 150 projects.-Implemented all 49 PMI processes for over $3 million worth of capital improvements.-Initiated, planned, executed, monitored and closed $250,000 13-story building corridor renovation project.-Created the project and scope management plans for 3-phase high-rise $2 million interior and exterior renovation.

-Motor Yacht Idynasty described as the "creation of the most complex yacht in history”.-Executed, Monitored and Delivered $3.6 million Audio, Visual and IT system.-Created organizational process documents including the acceptance criteria for deliverables.-Managed a multi-cultural team with representatives from (7) different countries.-Managed the quality of the project work and implemented risk responses and performed qualitative and quantitative risk analysis for the project.

-Successfully delivered $2.4 million of project product.-Interviewed (3) international shipping companies to create a competitive bid process.-Packaged, shipped and inventoried all project equipment for the Idynasty project.-Developed relationships and processes for shipping within the European Union.-Performed adaptive actions in transit based on the needs of the project for on-demand shipping and delivery.

-Ordered $2.4 million of project product from over fifty (50) vendors.-Created and maintained a central database for ordering all equipment needed for the project.-Planned and executed international orders from countries such as Germany, England, Spain and Norway.
