With over 15 years of work experience in various fields, I am a passionate and visionary leader who strives to make a positive difference in the world. I have a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Engineering in Climate Control of Larger Buildings, which equip me with the skills and knowledge to manage complex projects and operations. My mission is to create a self-sustaining eco-village that produces its own organic and biological building materials, food, and renewable energy, while offering unprivileged teens traineeships and opportunities.As the Executive Director and Owner of Eco Caminhos, I oversee all aspects of the organization, from strategic planning and fundraising to team management and communication. I am responsible for developing and implementing the vision, mission, and goals of Eco Caminhos, as well as ensuring its financial and environmental sustainability. I also work closely with the local community, partners, and stakeholders to foster collaboration and support for our initiatives. Some of the skills that I use in my role are project management, Wordpress, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and languages (Portuguese, English, Dutch, German and Spanish).I am further a hands-on person. I am working for 9 years with bioconstruction and 5 years with agroforestry.
