Het elke dag creatief bezig zijn is voor mij een belangrijke drijfveer in alles dat ik doe. Ik heb dan ook mijn beroep gemaakt van het bedenken van commerciële communicatie concepten. Dat kunnen o.a. formats zijn voor tvprogramma's, theaterprogramma's en marketing en promotiecampagnes voor winkelcentra en bedrijven. Al 15 jaar ben ik als creative director bij Kids&Media entertainment verantwoordelijk voor het bedenken en realiseren van producten die vooral gelinked zijn met de media.Ik ervaar het leiding geven aan een creatief en gemotiveerd team als een enorme inspiratiebron om gezamelijk tot goede en vruchtbare resultaten te komen.Mijn jarenlange ervaring als televisiepresentator en producent en mijn functie van programmamanager bij het destijds noodlijdende Kindernet 5 hebben me geleerd te staan voor wie je bent en te geloven in wat je kunt.
