Delos Delta is a management consulting company who primarily works with Federal, State and local governments, providing strategic advice, stakeholder engagement and implementation planning across a range of disciplines including innovation & technology, economic development, and governance.Together we investigated the integration of 'smarts' to enhance sustainability, optimise assets and respond to emerging place-based trends.

I worked with the team at EDGE to research, identify, analyse, and execute new business initiatives. With a primary focus on planning strategic corporate programs; building new business relationships; identifying high priority services; and delivering new product enhancements I supported management in the execution of their 2021 business plan.

The position of Cities Advisory had a primary focus to deliver and manage urban infrastructure projects and integrate 'smarts' where practical to enhance sustainability, optimise assets and identify new commercial opportunities for clients. I took a lead role in developing new urban capabilities to service the next generation of city infrastructure, assets and facilities. Combining a deep understanding of urban development and planning with emerging 'smart' applications I assisted Clients in making sound, evidence based decisions. Committed to the facilitation of strategic partnerships and working with industry leaders in energy, water and technology, I collaborated with the Villawood development team to implement catalyst infrastructure projects and more environmentally, economically and socially sustainable communities. I am especially proud of investigating new development opportunities and being the catalyst behind the innovative Rathdowne Estate Microgrid Project. I was the lead project officer charged with developing a new initiative for Deakin University called ‘Multicultural Deakin’. Identifying synergies, establishing collaborative partnerships and activating student participation formed the nexus to the success of this initiative. I utilised sound strategic planning processes as the key facilitator binding a diverse stakeholder portfolio while developing and coordinating innovative engagement activities across all four Deakin campuses with the implicit aim of targeting students from 127 different countries. My ability to empower student communities was instrumental in successfully delivering this role and implementing the new program.• Planned and Coordinated Deakin Universities Orientation Week attracting 10,000 students, in excess of 100 paying sponsors across 12 events in five days.• Project lead on new Multicultural Engagement program spanning four university campuses with a $100,000 inception budget.• Facilitate weekly engagement programs targeting a varied and diverse cohort of cultural, ethnic, linguistic and socio-economic students.• Initiated and built a 6 week interactive student development Language Exchange Program that defuses barriers created by language differences improving their understanding and social capacity which has directly improved their learning and holistic university experience.• Established a supportive network of 30 collaborative partnerships internally throughout Deakin University leveraging this capacity to successfully reach students and access services not previously realised.
