IJsfontein designs and develops playful (digital) learning, based on the belief that people are naturally curious and intrinsically motivated to develop themselves. Examples include serious games or gamification projects for the purpose of personnel training, interactive experiences for museums or cross-platform digital methodologies for primary education.Within projects, I was responsible for concept development, interaction design and testing. My activities included – among others – idea generation, concept refinement, customer journey mapping, user research, (paper) prototyping, wireframing and developing (interactive) mock-ups. During projects, I closely collaborated with other designers, developers, project managers and clients in agile software development processes.IJsfontein also develops its own product, UpTrek: a social and gamified digital platform, which supports long-term cultural – and behavioral change within companies and other institutions. I was responsible for the visual design of websites, folders, manuals and other promotional materials for the automotive spare parts market. Dutch Spare Parts is now known as Molco Car Parts.

I was responsible for the design of the Neurotastic exhibit. Neurotastic is an interactive exhibit for science centers, which sparks children’s curiosity and interest for neuroscience and the functioning of the human nervous system.

I was responsible for analyzing and mapping the decubitus treatment protocols and workflows. Based on this research, I designed a user interface to support nursing personnel in proper decubitus prevention and treatment.

I was responsible for transporting rental - and corporate vehicles.
