Responsible for managing the PSO-Production Engineering and Powerplant Engineering department, a team of 23 highly skilled engineers and technicians, incl. some consultancy engineering work on-site, covering CFM56-2/-3/-7B.

Responsible for industrializing MRO activity on CFM56-7B engine (B737NG) in the maintenance shop, by steering a multidisciplinary project team (Engineering-Methods-Industrialization-QA-Supply Chain-Tooling-Training organization with HR...) within defined scope, budget and timeline.

• Responsible Production Engineering Office (Methods, Special processes, repair development, industrialisation,...)• Responsible Tooling office (design, purchasing, maintenance, repair, analysis and budgetting of additional toolings needed for amount of engines in shop)
