Establishment and Further Development Airport Relations: fostering and expanding system partnerships with airports. Actively managing collaboration and partnership with Brussels Airport, playing a crucial role as one of the major stakeholders for hub infrastructure especially with Brussels Airport Company (BAC). Charges and Incentive Management: Oversight and management of costs and incentives related to all airports in our networks and aeronautical charges, ensuring compliance with national and EU regulatory requirements as well as negotiate airport incentives to support our network development. Procurement: Oversight procurement responsibilities for tendering and negotiating ground handling services, supporting Ground Operations in achieving optimal cost structures, managing service level agreements, and mitigating supply chain risks. Integrating further into the Lufthansa Group matrix structure, my team will maintain close contact with central positions and our colleagues from all airlines within the Lufthansa Group. Effective collaboration is the key to fully exploiting all commercial opportunities.

Accountable for all cabin crew and cabin related activities in order to ensure the highest level of safety and passenger service on board our aircraft and to manage the Cabin Department according to the company values and standards, ensuring an open & constructive dialogue amongst the cabin crew community and its stakeholders including the social partners.
