- Setting up Security department responsible for design, development and maintenance of DycoTrade master security roles, as well as handling all other customer requests for customizing D365 security roles;- Project analysis D365 Van Rees Group BV: investigate and analyze possible upgrade from AX 2012 R2 to D365;- Project implementations D365 at Metals customer and Coffee & Cocoa customer.- Presales; providing demos to (potential) customers and explain the DycoTrade capabilities of the Commodity, Logistics and Risk solutions;- Member of the DycoTrade change board for managing the roadmap of the DycoTrade product.- Knowledge of the following modules in D365 of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Consolidation, Tax, Cash & Bank Management, Credit & Collection, Fixed Assets, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Product Information Management, Procurement & Sourcing, Production Control, Logistics/Shipment (DycoTrade), Calculations (DycoTrade), Quality (DycoTrade), Risk Management (DycoTrade), System administration & Organization Administration.

Main responsibilities are:- Managing and responsible for the Van Rees Group IT environment- Setup and manage IT department (3 FTE)- Develop and implement IT strategy Van Rees Group- Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures in line with IT strategy - Develop and setup IT audit framework (Identity & Access management, change management & release management)- Manage and coordinate all IT-related matters including data, security, computer hard- and software, connectivity, wireless communications and telephony- Worldwide rollout of Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 R2 to all Van Rees Offices worldwide: Netherlands, United Emirates, Kenya, Canada, Sri Lanka, UK, Malawi, Indonesia and Russia. - Design and maintain AX authorization roles- Manage periodic releases including bug fixes and customizations through DTAP in concert with supplier and cloud partner- Working closely with business to gather requirements for improvements and translate them into a Functional Design.- Project cloud migration; moving AX2012 from on-premise to the cloud- Project worldwide rollout Office365 (including migration local domains)- Manage BI environment which includes the following BI tools; Jet Reports, Targit, Atlas and SSRS- Manage and maintain Office 365, including Exchange, Skype for Business, OneDrive, SharePoint online and Intune.
