Eleanore: temporary cooperation agreement between Eurogrid International (Elia + IFM Investors), DEME Blue Energy, Alstom Grid, 3E, CMI, SAG and CG Power Systems. The scope of this non-exclusive agreement was to go to market and to offer turnkey solutions (including ownership) for large offshore grid projects (submarine interconnectors, offshore wind integration).
