I manage, lead and control all operational functions of the dealership, ensuring that productivity is maximized. I also see to it that service performance objectives are achievedand client support retained. I have achieved specific results by using resources effectively and maintained a productive and profitable work environment. I review external and internal operating environments and I evaluate competitors as well as suppliers and keep up to date as circumstances changed. I manage continuous improvement through innovation, and I share the Mission/Vision for the company with all staff. I constantly evaluate and improve the business unit performance and develop criteria to evaluate business unit performances. I make sure I understand the causes of success and areas of failure in the business unit. I manage activities to meet client requirements and also agreed client requirements. I ensure services meet our clients requirements. I delegated work and also delegate responsibility, authority and accountability to my managers. I have agreed to all OEM targets and achieve them through planning and execution of those plans. I provide advice and support for delegated work. I manage the performance of the entire team and coach and mentor successful employees and those that need it in their areas of under performance. I have set up action plans for sales team improvement, implemented "Industrial Relations Legislation" and the "Basic conditions of Employment Act" and "Industrial Relations act" , Disciplinary requirements along with Skills Equity Act and the Occupational Health & Safety Act. I am a hands on and involved Dealer Principal and walk and work alongside, support and mentor my management team.My Ethos in life is: Balance your life equally between Faith, Health, Family and Work and you will be successful.
