►Point of Sale and Low Voltage Quoting ▪Prices customer requests based on project pilots, prints and customer approved matrices. ▪Provides solutions to M.A.C (Move/Add/Change) and one off situations in the retail store environment. ►Project Pilots▪Responsible for initial testing phase for IT/POS/Low Voltage projects. ▪On-site supervisor of technicians ensuring successful installations. ▪Identifies potential issues with installation and pricing before the project transitions to international deployment.►Installation Manuals▪Develops installation manuals for field technicians based on pilot sites and experience. ▪Tests and edits customer documents for accuracy and adjusts pricing accordingly.►Project Setup▪Combines customer requirements, pricing, pilot sites and installation manuals to create a comprehensive project. ▪Determines “Deliverables” (pictures, cable certifications, etc) that prove legal requirements are met (i.e. ADA compliance) and that work performed by field technicians is accurate. ▪Ensures proper steps are taken and customer expectations are met on every installation by creating questions, check lists, cut sheets, milestones and scripts for technicians and administrative teams.
