I am an attorney with more than 20 years of experience in all aspects of civil litigation at trial and appellate levels in state and federal courts as well as before domestic and international arbitration tribunals. I have represented all types and sizes of clients from individuals and small family owned businesses to publicly-traded Fortune 500 companies in the major areas of hospitality, commercial real estate, finance, manufacturing, construction, tax-related disputes and labor-related disputes. This ability, coupled with my tenacity to discover the critical documents and other evidence in massive discovery, has allowed me to directly participate in some of the largest jury verdicts and settlements in the nation in the past seven years. It has also allowed me to be successful in handling several large tax-related litigation matters as Special Assistant to the Attorney General of the U.S. Virgin Islands.
