I carry out research on the quality of raw materials, provide external quality control services for products from production lines and determine the concentrations of active substances and nutrients (such as vitamins) in food products, dietary supplements and cosmetics. I can advice in determining the levels of individual additives for label claiming. In addition, I provide advice on the preparation of recipes, determining the concentration ranges of active substances, setting markers for product quality control and establishing quality control points on production stages. I also conduct statistical process control analyzes (SPC). I also deal with solving problems related to the stability of products and the compatibility of the components used or problems related to used raw materials. I also conduct research to determine the expiry date of the product and its storage conditions. As an external partner, I conduct optimization of laboratory processes in customer laboratories, including the automation and robotization of routine determinations.The Chemcon Labs Cluster provides analytical laboratory services:- testing the quality of raw materials, comparing the quality of raw materials, screening of potential suppliers,- external quality control of products based on the selected markers,- determining the concentrations of active substances in foods, supplements and cosmetics (like eg. nutrients).
