• Manage the global sales and marketing activities of structural PET foams in mainly wind energy, building & construction, marine and general industry market.• As Business Team Member responsible for the mid and long term planning of the overall organization, investments, sales and Marcom strategy.

• Defined strategy and planning for the SBU Automotive in Europe.• Strategic corporate sales to major multi-national tape/foam consuming companies in the automotive, building, electrical and electronic industries.• International contract negotiation at senior management level.• € 15Mio TO responsibility, profit and loss analysis.• European sales management via Sales Offices.• 6 months professional sales training.

• Field sales of EPDM rubber based products, particularly to the automotive industry.• QC Management.

Genk

• Direct support of Logistic Manager.• Supervision, training and recruitment of operators.• Direct involvement in start up of new warehouses.• Project management in collaboration with Dupont de Nemours.
