• Established the Business Execution Team (14 FTE + 30 contracts) supporting the Business Banking operational support strategy, framework and support mechanisms.• Planning and co-ordination of Business Banking change program in order to maximise success/impact of change implementations and effective use of time, money and resources.• Development of Commercial Banking’s annual Asset Writing Strategy.• Management of Business Banking’s ~90 business centres, including construction of new centres, refurbishment of existing centres and ongoing maintenance. • Responsibility for the development of Business Banking’s core technology systems.• Accepted onto the 2009 ANZ Leadership Talent Radar.• Member of ANZ’s Due Diligence team, assessing the purchase of Royal Bank of Scotland Asian operations and planning for integration. • Secretary for the Business Banking Risk Forum

• Managing SME Sales and Fulfilment Teams (40 FTE), selling ANZ’s suite of Merchant Services products. The teams comprised a national sales team operating from 4 capital cities, a phone-based sales team operating from Melbourne, a franchising specialist, 3rd part sales team and a sales support team. • Successfully established a new national sales team from a proposal to ANZ’s ‘Quick Fund’, being a centrally funded OPEX pool that provides seed funding for growth initiatives.• Doubled customer acquisition from average of 1,000 sales per month to 2,000 sales per month within 12 months.
