Current▪️ Oversee market activities ▪️ Execute end-to-end marketing strategies for the company▪️ Establish goals and execute initiatives that leverage all aspects of the company’s product offerings for key advertisers across all media platforms to build unique revenue opportunities▪️ Implement operational strategic plan and provide direction for multiple Spanish language and bilingual radio stations and websites in central Indiana. ▪️ Deploy existing marketing resources, products, and marketing strategy by defining and developing new marketing objectives that accelerate brand development and recognition▪️ Oversee social media marketing strategy with a focus towards growth of social audiences for the company▪️ Responsible for P&L analysis and budget forecasting▪️ Exercise in-depth monitoring and awareness of the competitive landscapes▪️ Produce marketing plans and other promotional materials to guide national and local initiatives▪️ Create new revenue opportunities across all product and programming offerings▪️ Build and nurture relationships at all levels to fully understand customers’ business and marketing objectives▪️ Establish and maintain a high profile in markets and communities included in station broadcast coverage areas.
