Striving for the optimum results of the management and operation of the tangible assets from three of the subsidiary company's of N.V. Nederlandse Gasunie. (www.energystock.com; www.bblcompany.com and Peakshaver BV)For each of these companies I started up the Asset Management system from scratch conform the ISO55001 standard. After drafting the first issues of their SAMP's I implemented the AM-systems. Due to the corporate Gasunie construction I have been the intelligent customer concerning Asset Management and maintenance technology. My advices and recommandations have led to higher performance and a more (cost) efficient operation. These advices were substanciated by application of system modelling and scenario analysis.
