Created a custom Maya/Python pipeline to get models out of Blockbench and achieve a level of motion fidelity rarely seen in Minecraft.

    Xbox One title: Project Spark - a game development toolkit/sharing platform for kids, using the Kodu visual scripting system and variety of world manipulation tools. The game featured a massive assortment of characters, creatures and worlds from varied themes (Fantasy, Scifi, Cyberpunk, etc). I was involved in the project from initial greenlight through shipping multiple DLC packs. I drove the development of an animation pipeline capable of supporting a wide variety of characters/creatures, with near universal swapping of clothing and props. Served as the lead for the animation team, later working as Lead Artist and Art Director.
