I am a Structural/ Civil Engineer. I have started gaining my professional experience in 2007 as a student of Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice, Poland. Since then, up to March 2015 I worked as an Assistant Structural Designer. I was awarded with Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering in 2010. My first job in structural designing was in Czandra/Monolit Consulting Office. This company is specialising in design and manufacture of climbing walls. I was employed in design department. I was involved in preparation of technical descriptions, structural drawings and analysis of steel truss structures, liaising closely with main building contractors. During 21 months of employment in this company I was designing climbing walls for Polish, German, Slovenian and Latvian customers.My next professional step was Complex-Project Design-Consulting Office specialising in motorway design. The company is divided into 5 departments: Roads, Bridges & Viaducts, Energy, Drainage and Melioration. For 6 years, I was involved in structural detailing and analysis of bridges, viaducts, small tunnels and culverts. I assisted in design of two Polish Motorways: A1 section Tuszyn – Pyrzowice and A4 sections Tarnow - Debica and Debica -Rzeszow, one National Road (DK8 section Piotrkow Trybunalski – Rawa Mazowiecka), and also in many refurbishment works of bridges and viaducts all over Poland. I also assisted Senior Structural Designer in checking ongoing constructing works against their structural design.Currently working as a Structural Engineer at Elite Designers.
