Notable projects include:- Rehab and rental of a 16 unit building while partnering with Elevate Energy and CIC to incorporate several energy efficient upgrades promising a 5 year or less investment payback. - Market timed strategic purchase of a rental building in the Wicker Park neighborhood using refinance as an exit strategy and achieving a 45% ROI after three years.- Significant gut-rehab and renovation of a historic two flat in the Logan Square neighborhood, restoring the property's historic character while seamlessly adding a modern touch. The building has been rebuilt using FSC certified wood, Johns Manville Energy 3.e insulation, and ultra smart IEQ HVAC controls.
