Chevron was able to purchase the next door building and because of this, the initial new-build plan was abandoned for a plan to move activities to the other building.

It was my task to:• Implement and champion best practice project management (Prince2);• Establish and maintain effective working relationships and positive engagement in all work units at the IJmuiden site (stakeholder management);• Delivery of the program targets, to agreed baseline, budget and quality (project management);• Contract management of EPC(M) contractors (contract management);• Ensuring compliancy to EU and local law, regulations, standards etcetera (quality management);• Resolve issues and conflicts within the program and collaborations;• Delivery and maintenance of planning, forecasts and strategy plans, including reporting.

Management in high tech semiconductor industry.MAPPER Lithography was developing a mask-less lithography infrastructure for the semiconductor industry. The tools utilize a multiple e-beam technology with which next generation semiconductors can be manufactured in a more cost effective fashion. The Subsystem Facilities consists of all supply distribution modules around the Mapper machine, needed to make it work. It was my job to:• Resource management, coaching and development; daily operational lead;• Manage the roadmap of seven distribution (sub-)systems, including software, from R&D up to production, maintenance and improvement programs; strategic lead;• Develop and manage strong working relations with other departments of Mapper, at all levels, as well as with partners, contractors and other stakeholders; tactical lead;• Represent the Subsystem Facilities within Mapper and towards external audiences as needed;• Financial management and administration.• Additional: NEN-3140 & 3840 installation manager of buildings and Mapper FLX machine (process oriented and operational).
