As a former Director at Dive Friends Bonaire, I led and managed one of the largest dive operations in the Caribbean. With over 20 years of experience in the dive industry with 14 years in management.I have a deep dive expertise and a passion for conservation and education. I hold multiple dive credentials from PADI, NAUI, TDI/SDI, and dive equipment manufacturers, as well as a degree in middle management from OIB Bonaire.In my previous roles, I implemented growth strategies, improved operational efficiency, and increased profitability for dive shops and retail outlets. I also oversaw the daily business, financial, and human resources aspects of the company, while ensuring the highest standards of customer service, safety, and environmental stewardship. I have strong business and HR skills, as well as a track record of delivering results, building relationships, and developing teams. I am looking for a new challenge where I can leverage my dive leadership and management skills to contribute to the success of a dive or travel organization.
