About Bart Lowen

Bart Lowen leads the development process for the PB Development's mixed-use and other commercial projects. With over two decades of experience in the real estate industry, Bart has directed many aspects of development operations, including project inception, site acquisition, design, construction, stabilization, and exit strategy. Understanding all developments must be financially feasible, his career has granted an institutional knowledge base in development, project revenue, and expense pro forma experience, and he is well-versed in many public and private financing incentives, including STAR Bond, TIF, TDD, CID, and other ad valorem and sales tax abatements.Bart began his career as a registered architect prior to transitioning into real estate development. He has an exceptional understanding of the development process through his involvement in over ten million square feet of retail and mixed-use projects in the Midwest.Prior to his position at Price, Bart was the co-founder of ONE80 Development where he offered his expertise in a consultant role to owners and the development community. He has also held the roles of managing partner of Legacy Development and Vice President of Development for RED Development.Bart is certified with the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB), is a registered architect with the Kansas Board of Technical Professions and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).A Kansas native, Bart earned his Bachelor of Architecture from Kansas State University in Manhattan, Kansas. In his personal time, you’ll likely find Bart sharpening his mind with a book, coaching young athletes at the shooting park, or spending quality time with his wife and three children.
