Managed the project development lifecycle, including creating capital budgets, forecasts, and pro forma models, including Go/No-Go industrial manufacturing financial models. Developed project proposals for presentation to the company’s senior partner Veolia. Conceived plausible outcomes through in-depth review of various resources and identification of various areas of integration.⏩ Supported $200M in developments by analyzing and evaluating pro formal financial models for large-scale construction projects (e.g., fertilizer manufacturing plant, fertilizer blending and bagging factory, sludge drying natural gas conversion and gasification plant).⏩ Played a key role in the successful private development of a $200M, 150-DTD sludge facility within the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago (w/ senior partner Veolia).⏩ Contributed substantially to the development of a $114M sludge drying facility for the Chicago Metropolitan Sanitary District at the Stickney Plant (sustaining its operations since 2001), including the capital budget.✅ Cultivated sustainable relationships with financial institutions to acquire distressed properties for receivership, consistently returning assets to banks for FHA conveyance or resale.✅ Planned, pursued, and successfully penetrated the Medical industry, leading to the capture of a large-scale project to renovate the entire 4th floor of the Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago.
