Leading the imec AI & Data Dataspaces ProgramHelping in designing the AI data strategy for Digitaal Vlaanderen in the context of the "Vlaamse Smart Data Space" (VSDS) and Vlaams Departement Zorg in the context of the Flemish Health Data Space.Active as imec core member in the Belgian Data Space Alliance (BDSA) and the Flemish Entertainment & Technology spearhead cluster.

Leading several development teams each working on different parts of the Enterprise Imaging product.Sync teams and planning with the other development centers in Canada, US, China and Austria.Involved in customer escalations and making sure we can keep hospitals running.Responsible for keeping alive the innovative climate by organizing 'shipit days' based on the Atlassian shipit day concept and a yearly 'Agfapolis' event. This is a Devoxx alike event focussed on knowlegde sharing and new tech.

As part of the connectivity component team my responsibilities consisted of developing the component itself and setting short term planning. Next to that I assisted verification teams and interacted with internal and external customers for installing/troubleshooting. In a later stage I became SCRUM master of the team and had the opportunity of setting up a remote connectivity team in Shanghai.

Within this project I was responsible for the layout and display management components. These components were being developed in cooperation with teams from Belgium, Germany and India. My responsibilities consisted of developing the components and aligning cross-team development.
