This past year, our robotics teams competed in three world-level events, including winning a VEX world championship. I have started over a dozen successful robotics teams ranging from grades 3-12.At SAS, I originated the (now a graduation requirement) very successful Catalyst student project class.I also originated the Spacelab program, in conjunction with VCHS in San Jose, California.We have had six successful Zero-G experiments to the International Space System.I am a second-career teacher working previously at Lincoln HS in Portland, Oregon, and now at Singapore American School. I am a previous business owner (bakery) and radiology manager for Sisters of Providence Healthcare Systems. I am a self-directed learner who is curious about nearly everything, an organizer, and entrepreneur (both inside and outside organizations)I have traveled to 62 countries. I hold an Oregon teaching license.
