As an integral member of the sales negotiations team, I led contract analysis; assisted negotiations to help land a seven year contractual agreement with largest customer that included construction of a new manufacturing facility in Eastern Europe, and a lucrative supply agreement. Project represented a $116M capital commitment from Weyerhaeuser, locking-in a sole source revenue stream generating annual revenues of a quarter billion dollars and internal return rate of over 25%. Further, I analyzed and improved Weyerhaeuser’s existing sales and operations planning processes and developed new ones using (LEAN and Six Sigma), including price structuring, contract analysis, sales system design, performance metrics, internal controls and annual budgeting. I also provided ongoing coaching and mentoring for new financial analysts and accounting staff.
