I am an innovative yet pragmatic leader with a love for applying technology and outcome-based decision making to complex business problems. I have a passion for transforming business processes to meet the expectations of next generation consumers. My career path has taken me from the mailroom at Caterpillar to managing an IT transformation project portfolio with a $20 million annual budget, from strategy to technology roadmap to solution delivery. Over my 18 year career with Caterpillar, I developed an appreciation for technology and its constant impact on traditional business processes. I managed a key transformational project delivering the first cloud-based business solution on Salesforce and the first large IT project using an agile delivery methodology. The projects I’m most proud of are those that challenged me both professionally and personally, from an overseas assignment in Geneva, Switzerland to managing IT implementations for new factories and strategic ventures. Now, I bring my appreciation for change and my experience with large scale portfolio management and business transformation to my current engagements with Salesforce across multiple industries. I love challenging the status quo and believe in iterative progress. My passion for change and continuous innovation spills over into my personal life as well. A few years ago, with no prior experience, I took up playing ice hockey so I could help coach my two girls. I am also an avid photographer and am always trying new techniques or technologies to capture life events in unique and different ways.
