• Managed a team of 8 Product/Business Analysts in Global Market Sector responsible for the monitoring of the following Global Markets business activities ensuring the daily reconciliation/follow-up/resolution of position & p&l reporting and attribution analyses cross multiple front/risk management/settlement systems and the general ledger;- Equity Trading (cash, Futures & Options, Index Arbitrage, Stock loan & Borrowing)- FX (Spot, Forwards, NDF’s Currency Futures & Options)- Money Market (CD, CP, FF, ED)- Repo/Reverse Repo, Securities Lending- Structured Notes (MBS, ABS, SBA, CLO)- IRS, Cap, Floor, FRA, Interest Rate Futures & Options- Lending Facilities (CIB, Risk Participation, Syndication, trading) & Standby L/C

• Measurement, monitoring and reporting of Global Markets of intraday and overnight position limits.• Preparation of dynamic gap and liquidity reports for Head Office and local management.• Preparation, coordinate approval and implementation of Operational and Accounting policies and procedures.• MS Access database management to enhance data manipulation for investigative and analytical purposes.• Daily reconciliation between front end systems and MIDAS general ledger system.• Mark to market Bank’s assets and liabilities for local and Head Office management.

• Direct responsibility for all middle and back office support for FX, Money Market, Derivatives Trading, Paying & Receiving, Letters of Credit and Loan Administration• Review of system and application specifications. Supervision and participation in user acceptance of implemented solutions.• Creation, maintenance and coordination of the Bank’s disaster recovery plan to ensure business continuity.
