Provide technical support over phone or email, collect relevant technical problem identification and customer information for reported problems, tracks and monitors tickets to ensure a timely resolution.Identify base problem of reported issue from customers and determine required support-fixes and patch works for hardware, database or software issues, escalate issues to other support team for ticket resolutions when necessary.Document and maintain records and reports on problem tickets and database issues reported, provide regular problem resolution status reports to the applicable customer.Monitoring, troubleshooting, install software or virus definitions, apply patches and upgrades, execute maintenance operations. Support at the network level, switches, routers, WAN, LAN connectivity.Provide back-up support to support team manager in company’s network and infrastructure.Train new team members on company’s standard software applications/databases.Analyze and evaluates database systems and user needs to provide recommendations for enhancement to current support protocols.
