As a Operations Manager in Southern France, I oversee the daily operations at our Port Grimaud service hubs, which consist of 25 Wajers. My primary responsibilities include coordinating activities, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining high satisfaction levels. Leading a team of 15-20 captains, I provide clear guidance and motivation. I serve as the primary contact for customers, partners, and employees, managing operational tasks, overseeing winter maintenance, financial planning, and facility coordination. I closely collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience departments. Additionally, I play a key role in Wajer's aftersales program.
