Hi, I’m Bart Pawlik, a Clinical Psychologist and Director of Central Psychology Services in Adelaide, South Australia. I help people move from confusion to clarity. From suffering to wellbeing. From being stuck to thriving. I assist people in leading better lives through developing insights, great ideas and effective action. I’m passionate about psychology and therapy – as well as how these tools can improve mental health and optimise wellbeing. As a Clinical Psychologist I have expertise in adult mental health and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy – with an interest in trauma and anxiety. I enjoy helping the helpers and serving those who serve, including working with healthcare professionals, veterans, first responders and others with either high-intensity or high-giving careers. As a Practice Owner I’m interested in building genuine relationships and connections at all levels of practice, with our clients, staff and also other providers in the community. We aim to grow into a space that can offer a robust foundation for healing, learning and connecting. We aspire to offer services that are professional, expert, authentic – and always improving.
