My duties have encompassed mentoring two junior designers. Channeling a concept to creation process with an application of aesthetics with corporate branding standards. They are proposals, pamphlets, slicks, books, power point decks, marketing material, badges, banners (email, vinyl of various sizes with adhesive/standard), extensive background in complex graphics, exhibit conceptualization, branded/custom kiosk backgrounds, digital icons, buttons, typography, templates & color scheme development, updating and maintaining a image/clip art library. Project requests from upper management & internal clients had an eclectic range of (origami, custom vinyl wall covers, monthly birthday kiosk updates, purchasing a christmas tree and branded it NTT DATA). The management of jobs are queued in order of due date and completed accordingly. Jobs are reviewed for compliance with the requester. Requested jobs are shared/viewed in teams or share point as clients could be anywhere in the US.

While performing as the Senior Designer/Production Specialist at Accenture Integrated Sales Support Center (ISSC) responsibilities include maintaining master files and track RFP/RFI proposal documents through share point from teams. Design/distribute template to team while supporting all graphical needs from covers, spines, cd’s, graphics, and team specific projects for high level initiatives. Travel is required at Accenture as some teams require a production specialist onsite. Maintaining relationships with print vendors is a must with weekly press checks, book checks, and QA required.

As a graphic designer for Unisys Federal Systems Proposal Development Center, my responsibilities include adhering to RFP requirements and graphical guidelines. I produce compliant graphic content with approved colors, fonts, and dpi. Maintains close relationship with proposal managers, capture manager and coordinators to facilitate the needs of proposal teams and the RFP. Maintain master files for all proposals as well as cover creation, cds and internal collateral. Proposal printing, collating, book checks and QA fall under this title.

I concocted a cataloged graphic database of high/low resolution graphics for the creative department (P2) on their intranet. Other duties include press checks, quality control, animated banner ads. Developed a generic proposal package to meet projected costs for smaller projects. Coordination with art director to ensure corporate branding and time management was on track and on budget.

As a monthly magazine the Marine Corps Gazette demanded stringent deadlines to assure timely distribution. Editorial and design meetings were often to ensure a consistent magazine. As desktop publisher I designed graphics and performed high resolution scanning, color correction, press checks and created an archived database of this monthly publication.
