I started my career automating equipment for a company, stayed in the automation business for most of my career and now I have been drawn to the supply chain industry, AI and forklift automation is on the rise. I’ve always been skilled at bringing people together and working towards common goals. In my current role at Boti's Maintenance & Repair we maintain forklifts. I set and oversee goals related to the sales and marketing department. This last year, I have worked to implement a communication system for scheduling procedures and protocols to support our growth as a company. With our new online scheduling portal, we increased communication efficiency by 30%. Also as the director of sales and marketing for the company. I’ve been really enjoying this part of my work and I’m especially interested in bringing the experience I’ve gained to go out and meet with companies to show them what makes us different and how we can improve there efficiency by using our team at Boti's. Outside of the office, I’m an avid reader and I love to stay busy with volunteer work. On weekends, you might find me out in the community talking with people about things that concern them.
